Sarah Silverman Program Nominated for an "Short Format Live Action" Emmy!
The Sarah Silverman Program's "On Set With Steve" Nugget has been nominated for an "Outstanding Special Class - Short Format Live Action" Emmy! Many congratulations to the show and The Valley Pals, who produced the piece. Other nominees in the category include Lost, 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights and Battlestar Galactica.
Sarah is also nominated in the "Outstanding Guest Actress" category for her apperance on USA's Monk, and in the "Outstanding Music and Lyrics" category for the viral sensation I'm F***ing Matt Damon.

I hope Sarah's breakup does not adversely affect her work for too long because that smile wakes up the fun loving nature in all of us, everywhere. --bottom line-- She's special and finally being recognized as such (emmy nominations from her inner circle and more importantly, lots of support from people outside her inner circle/those she'll never meet, but who will all continue to root for her)
