The Sarah Silverman Program was fortunate enough to have the filmmaking team, The Valley Pals, together with Director of Photography, Ben Pluimer (a fellow writer/director member of the Channel 101 community, who most recently shot the Bob Odenkirk series "Derek and Simon"), follow the actors around every hour of every day to film exclusive backstage footage. Here's what they made for the show's prosperity... and hilarity.

The clip above (the very same footage you saw in our season premiere) shows the closest we ever came on set to a fatal accident. We had ordered tempered glass (which shatters into tiny fragments, so there�s less of a chance of injury) but the factory sent us over real glass by mistake. Luckily, when he smashed through it, he only cut himself a little.

It would have been hard to explain to the guy�s parents that he died helping us do a joke about someone aborting an arrow from a gay man�s taint.

Justin Roiland, who played Blonde Craig on tonight's episode, a veteran of Channel 101 and a friend of the show created these Animated Shorts based on the show characters. Check out this week's installment:
